splish splash

Hudson's first time in his very own little pool went a little something like this....

[the hubs]

Hubs: ugh...the camera.

Me: yes of course, its Hudsons first time swimmin, we NEED pictures 

[hubs goes and gets little mans towel, sun block etc]

Me: smile i need a pic of that!

Hubs: ok just hurry and take the pictures. & no i will not smile.

then little man is all ready for the pool

arrrgh  matey!

Into the water he goes 

[ i love that there is snow capped mountains in the back ground ]

he splished & splashed and had a great time

then we tried to lay him down

and like he ALWAYS does, he refused to lay down 

and just kept trying to sit up
 

so we played in the pool for a little longer

then it was time to come inside &get dry

over all he enjoyed it! and i have decided sometimes i need to give the camera to the hubby so i can be in some pics instead of just behind the lens.

Avocado

Hudson has officially started solids! We decided on avocados, and he actually kind of like them! Of course most of the food didn't end up in his belly, but what did he seemed to enjoy! As you can see from the pictures, we tried putting the bib on, but all Hudson wanted to do was eat it, so it was naked baby time! 

 

It is so much fun enjoying all these firsts with Hudson! I can't wait to experiment with different foods & flavors and seeing what you are going to like. Hudson, you are such a joy and a blessing in our lives. We love you SO Much!!!
